Welcome to the Red, White & Blue Giveaway Hop where every prize is red, white or blue in some way!
When I travel, I want to be able to keep up with an exercise schedule. Of course, it is difficult to bring equipment with me, however I have found something really simple that helps me keep in shape: The Sportline CARDIO 630 Heart Rate Monitor. This device provides continuous heart rate monitoring and features heart rate tracking, calorie & fat burn tracking, a customizable user profile, a coded chest strap and easy set up. The included user guide provides step by step instructions on how to set up the monitor.
The best thing about this heart rate monitor is that you can set your own personal profile. You can input your gender, year of birth, height and weight. As you workout, the monitor will tell you your heart rate so that you can keep within a healthy workout range. It will also tell you the calories that you burned.
I have used a heart rate monitor before at the gym, so this one is very similar. The chest strap is easy to attach and the watch monitor is very easy to use. I loved that I was able to track my heart rate and my calories burned at the same time. Plus, I was able to enter my own personal profile so I know that the unit is accurate to my body.
The Sportline Cardio 630 retails for $49.99 and is available at Sports Authority, Academy, Meijer, Hibbett Sports, Kmart, Sport Chalet, and Fred Meyer. You can enter to win one right here! Simply fill out the Rafflecopter form below to enter.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Mom Blog Society. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers

YES! If there are no athletic or sporting events/occasions to PARTICIPATE in – then I will always at the very least do most of my stretching exercises (ongoing since post cancer Physical Therapy (at least the ones that don’t involve/require special equipment.)
I also try to walk as much as I can and when/where ever I can – and to climb stairs instead of taking the elevator.. I admit it’s not as enjoyable as a leisurely bike ride or a brisk walk on a scenic (and uncrowded) path or sidewalk.
Ever since I started exercising (almost religiously!) after cancer surgery and (awful) cancer treatments – Ihave been feeling better, stronger, more energetic and more positive/upbeat. It’s not always fun or even pleasant – but the pay-ff benefits are well worth it!
Megan Turner says
Yes – if you count chasing after the kids or running to meetings!
