Now that you have all of your supplies, you need to organize the binder into several sections that will keep your vacation planning organized. I have an 8 tab divider set and have divided my binder as follows:
Table of Contents (print out and put in a sheet protector in the front of the binder)
Vacation Checklists Reservations (Car, Hotel, Plane, etc.)
Coupons/Discounts
Local Attractions and Activities
Kid Boredom Busters
Maps
Personal Information and Budget
Receipts
Make sure that you label each of the tabs of your divider set as well. You will need to use sheet protectors as you see fit. Here is my table of contents. You will notice that I put the tab color in parenthesis next to the title.
